Our Mission
We don’t just buy and sell homes. We build communities by giving back 10% of every dollar earned in commissions.
Our agents donate to the Community Trust and get to choose how those funds are used. Often, they choose to breathe life into their neighbors’ missions, reviving their communities from the inside out. With Community, you’ll sit down with your agent to go over a Buyer’s Needs Analysis to identify your must-haves, which things are negotiables, and ultimately help you prioritize so they can find your ideal purchase. We also work hand-in-hand with lenders to protect your interests during the negotiation process. There are several points of negotiation during a buying contract — Commissions with the seller, repairs, concessions, and timing of inspection periods, repairs, and closing. Occasionally, appraisal value also comes into play, so it’s important to keep your best interest in mind.

To market a house it needs to be marketable. We coach you on what TO do and what NOT to do when getting your house photo/show-ready
#2 Pictures
We use some of the best real estate photographers in the state to produce high-quality images that highlight the best your listing has to offer, including drone shots for commercial, residential, and land.
#3 Agent
Not all agents are the same. They need experience, strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and negotiating prowess. It’s important to hire the right professional advocate to help you get your listing sold.
#4 Price
You have to sell your home three times. You have to sell it to the public, the buying agent, and to the appraiser. That’s why it’s critical to have it priced appropriately. With Community, you’ll sit down with your agent to go over a market analysis and identify the right pricing for your listing.
